Planning changed my life in 2017 when my calendar was suddenly EMPTY. After being diagnosed with a neurological illness, I had to scale back everything.
For a high achiever, that was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But it was necessary.
As I started to rebuild my calendar, the priority was wellness and healing. So I worked with a coach to learn how to plan on my terms, to learn how to dream and goal-set for all seasons of life, and to make sure my wellness was prioritized every step of the way.
And it’s made me realize that often, high achievers aren’t actually planning in a way that not only prioritizes their goals, but also improves their self-love, well-being, and connection to our higher purpose and calling in life.

Is my ticket refundable?
Yes. If you’ve done the work and do not feel like you received what you were looking for from the retreat, all you have to do is show us the workbooks and exercises have been completed by sending an email to members@komal.com and we’ll gladly refund your ticket.
What if I can’t attend the whole retreat, show up late, or need to leave an event early?
I understand that sometimes life happens, and you won’t be able to attend every single session. If you’re not able to join us live, you can watch the replay that will be available 24 hours after the live event for you to watch at your convenience. If you need to leave an event early, all I ask is that you exit the online space respectfully. There will be a five-minute grace period at the beginning of each day to allow everybody to get settled in.

I’m great at making plans but I’m not so good at following through on them. Will this program help me?
Absolutely. The two-day retreat will help you map out the exact steps and tactics you’ll use to hit your goals, but the program doesn’t end there. You’ll have year long access to the online community and have the opportunity to join three live coaching calls that I’ll be hosting every quarter. During these calls, we’ll check in with you on your progress and help you pivot in ways that feel good to you. Life happens and it’s okay if your plans change, but the tools and support you’ll gain in this program will help you get refocused and realigned, even while navigating uncertainty.
I attended the last retreat. Can I come back?
Yes! High achievers plan their goals quarterly, and are checking in regularly to see how they’re doing, where they need to adjust, and where their focus needs to be for the next 3-6 months. This is the perfect time to join us for a tune-up!
Is my ticket refundable?
Yes. If you’ve done the work and do not feel like you received what you were looking for from the retreat, all you have to do is show us the workbooks and exercises have been completed by sending an email to members@komal.com and we’ll gladly refund your ticket.
What if I can’t attend the whole retreat, show up late, or need to leave an event early?
I understand that sometimes life happens, and you won’t be able to attend every single session. If you’re not able to join us live, you can watch the replay that will be available 24 hours after the live event for you to watch at your convenience. If you need to leave an event early, all I ask is that you exit the online space respectfully. There will be a five-minute grace period at the beginning of each day to allow everybody to get settled in.
