In this week's YouTube video, I'm covering one of the most important aspects of building any movement or making any change in the world: taking care of yourself through the process. 

Self-care can so easily be put on the backburner when we're working so hard every day to make meaningful change. And that's totally understandable! There are so many deeply important and urgent problems in the world, and it can feel intensely selfish to step away from that work, even to maintain our physical and emotional selves. 

But the truth is that we need to put on our own oxygen masks FIRST so that we can help those beside us. This video will give you some practical tips for taking care of YOU through your movement building.
